Spammers are definitely becoming more sophisticated and less auto-robotic-response sorta people. I am trying to sell my car right now. Not really in a rush since I have 0% APR, but I am slowly entertaining this possibility. So below is spammers attempt to get to me. I got a similar phone call from one company in Nevada who is trying to get you to pay them to list car at a unreasonably high price.

I went to the site she gave me without a fear. My NoScript prevented all exploitations. Site is obviously some sort of attack on Windows user and/or cross site scripting exploitation attempt; or perhaps a banal ad shows/clicks.
